Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alexandria Couture. We specialise in a range of handcrafted, bespoke, and specially curated items. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds:

We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives with a fault or damage, please email info@alexandria-couture.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, except where faulty:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised items

  • Made to order items

  • Specially ordered-in items

  • Some health and personal care items (e.g. earrings, hair accessories, beauty products)

⚠️ Please note: If you cancel a bespoke or made-to-order item after production has started, we are unable to offer a refund due to the custom nature of the work.

Standard (Non-Bespoke) Products:

If you purchased a non-bespoke item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It is returned in original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days, and return it within a further 14 days

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to issue refunds in the form of a store credit or gift card, redeemable on our website.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, please email us at info@alexandria-couture.co.uk with all relevant information. If the item was not purchased in-store, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are returning an item valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
